As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with our brand, products, and services. You’ll use your creativity, curiosity, and data-driven mindset to design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital channels. What you'll be doing Campaign & Journey Management: Develop and execute customer journeys and marketing campaigns to drive engagement, product adoption, and lead conversion across digital channels (e.g., email, SMS, in-app, push notifications). Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance the customer experience throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, utilization, and cross-selling opportunities. Marketing Technology Utilization: Use marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate workflows based on customer data and behavior. Experimentation & Growth Initiatives: Lead experiments and growth initiatives using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing activities with business goals and optimize customer and partner experiences. What you'll need to succeed Experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, or similar). Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
