Description
Company Description About QIMA At QIMA, we help more than 30,000 brands and manufacturers across Consumer Products, Food, and Life Sciences deliver products consumers can trust. Our testing, inspection, and certification solutions combine deep scientific expertise with cutting-edge technology to give businesses the visibility, speed, and confidence they need to innovate responsibly. With 6,000+ employees and services offered across 100+ countries, QIMA is growing fast — and transforming its commercial engine to support the next decade of scale. Marketing is at the center of this transformation, with a bold ambition to elevate our brand, strengthen our leadership in China, and bring our content and demand generation capabilities to the next level. Job Description Role in Brief QIMA is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist in China to lead initiatives that expand our brand presence, drive demand, and support sales effectiveness in the region. This is a strategic yet highly hands-on role responsible for adapting global strategy to the China market and delivering high impact, locally resonant programs. You will operate as an individual contributor, partnering closely with our China-based marketing specialist and maintaining strong alignment with global marketing, product, and sales teams. What You Will Own Brand & Communications: Strengthen QIMA’s brand visibility and credibility across China’s (digital) ecosystem. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, KOLs, and industry associations. Messaging & Content: Shape China-specific messaging frameworks that translate global value propositions into locally relevant narratives. Produce high-quality Mandarin content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and thought leadership pieces. Localize global content for China with full cultural and contextual adaptation — not just translation. Partner with customers to develop compelling success stories and video testimonials. Demand Gen: Support Global SEO/SEM teams to optimize performance for China. Develop and execute localized China marketing plans aligned with global priorities. Measure campaign effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous optimization to improve pipeline impact and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline acceleration. Partner with Product Marketing and Global Marketing to ensure message consistency and alignment. Support regional events, webinars and other marketing activities. Qualifications Required Experience 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies. Native-level Mandarin and strong professional English proficiency. Deep understanding of Chinese digital channels (WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, Little Red Book etc.) Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation, and analytics tools. Demonstrated experience executing localized campaigns for the China market. Ideal Candidate Operationally excellent: You deliver high-quality work consistently, with strong attention to detail. Experimentation-driven: You are curious, data-informed, and eager to test new channels, formats, and ideas. AI-forward: You leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and optimization. Strong communicator: You can articulate ideas clearly and can bring other stakeholders on board.
