• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong portfolio of successful campaigns
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Photography and videography experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
• Canva and other design tools
• Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)
