Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a full-time, hands-on role for a highly capable and organised marketing professional. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing services across the Group – from RGIG’s corporate brand to its business entities – working closely with senior leaders and business managers.
You must be confident managing a broad range of marketing responsibilities independently - often juggling competing deadlines – and comfortable working across multiple time zones with international stakeholders. This role suits someone with initiative, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver full-suite marketing services across RGIG and its business entities
  • Develop and implement brand and digital marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Manage website content and structure, SEO and user experience
  • Create high-quality graphic and video content for use online and offline
  • Manage and grow social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Plan and execute event and sponsorship marketing (expos, industry events, internal engagement)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy
  • Drive lead generation strategies for Group entities
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
