Descripción general:
The Marketing Specialist reports to the VP Marketing and works directly with RPS Marketing Managers to execute marketing initiatives across our national practice areas, regions and programs. Focused primarily on executing marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of driving organic growth the Marketing Specialist will work closely with the RPS Marketing Teams and internal and external creative, and production resources to deliver key marketing activities and programs, including lead generation campaigns, advertising, newsletters, collateral materials and social media.

• Project management of marketing strategies and campaigns in support of marketing/sales plans and goals
• Timeline management
• Status reporting
• Campaign monitoring and reporting
• Activation of National, Regional and Program-related marketing campaigns
• Competitive analysis (as needed)
• Industry analysis and prospect research (when necessary)
• Tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
• Coordinating the approval process with stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards
• Promoting cross-marketing opportunities - encouraging greater learning, communication and sharing of ideas across the broader Gallagher marketing community.

Acerca de ti:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 3 years relevant experience in B2B marketing, commercial insurance experience is a plus
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workfront, Monday or other project management software/applications
• Experience with CRM
• Proven record of successful multi-project management
• Experience creating and managing detailed work plans based on defined scope and objectives
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Experience managing integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including paid, earned and owned media channels
• Experience creating and managing marketing scorecards, dashboards or other relevant reports
• Experience managing project budgets
• Insurance industry experience preferred
