WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand image and market presence. You will collaborate closely with various teams to develop engaging content that supports the organisation’s brand value proposition. Your responsibilities will also include managing the websites, implementing CRM strategies, and refining their brand value proposition across digital platforms. Your ability to think creatively, coupled with your strong organisational skills, will enable you to deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive awareness, advocacy, and purchase across end users and channel partners.

• Assist the Trade Marketing Manager with the management and implementation of trade marketing activity for trade customers in New Zealand.
• Develop and deliver content and collateral to support brand and product collateral, technical communications, internal and external presentations for New Zealand market.
• Support the delivery of all product go-to-market plans for New Zealand in collaboration with ANZ.
• Deliver packaging and merchandising solutions across the New Zealand Channel.
• Manage all division owned websites and website strategy.
• Implement CRM strategy, customer journey strategy & execution.
• Refine the brand value proposition across digital programs to drive awareness, advocacy and purchase across end users and channel partners.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Specialist role is someone who brings a wealth of experience in brand or communications roles. You will have a proven track record of collaborating with channel customers to develop joint marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery. Your strong project management skills, coupled with your excellent copy-writing and proofreading abilities, will enable you to excel in this role. A passion for digital marketing and familiarity with the latest practices in the field is essential. Basic graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe suite of design programs, would be a bonus.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a brand or communications role.
• Experience collaborating with channel customers to develop joint marketing plans.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and events from planning through to delivery.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills.
• Demonstrated copy-writing & proofreading skills.
• Passion for Digital marketing and up to date with the latest digital marketing practices.
• Basic graphic design skills including use of Adobe suite of design programs would be a bonus
