About the role

KA-CHENG Property Group is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand, promote our properties and services, and support our sales and property management teams. This varied role combines marketing planning, graphic design, social media, market research and client communications. It offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing activities across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate enquiries and support business growth.
• Design marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, business cards, digital advertisements and social media content.
• Manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn and X, including content planning, publishing and audience engagement.
• Research local sales and rental market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities.
• Maintain and update the company website, including property content, news and market updates.
• Prepare and distribute weekly client newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate printers and other marketing suppliers, including obtaining quotations, checking artwork and managing production deadlines.
• Work closely with our sales and property management teams to deliver accurate, consistent and timely marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement and enquiries, and recommend improvements.

About you

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital communications or a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable software.
• Experience managing business social media accounts, website content and email campaigns.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confidence interpreting marketing results and turning insights into practical actions.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues and suppliers.
• A qualification in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
