About the Role

This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the ad platforms, SEO tools and email platforms every day, running campaigns end to end for a portfolio of client brands rather than sitting one step removed from the work.

What You'll Do

1. Google & Meta Ads: Build and optimise campaigns, analyse performance and understand key metrics including CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM and ROAS.
2. SEO: Manage SEO across client websites, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content and technical fixes. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON, as well as website platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, is required.
3. EDM: Manage segmentation, campaign builds, automated flows, scheduling, A/B testing and reporting. Understand open rates, CTR and conversions, and how content impacts performance. Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms is preferred.
4. Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage GTM, GA4 and GSC, report on paid and organic performance, and use Semrush for SEO research and analysis.
5. Client Management: Work directly with client marketing teams to review performance, discuss priorities and recommend what to run or optimise next.
