Description
Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of company events, including seminars, trade shows, and webinars, from conceptualization to on-site management. Vendor & Budget Management: Source and manage third-party vendors (AV, venues, booth builders) while ensuring all projects are delivered within budget. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and BU to align event themes with business goals and ensure all marketing collateral is on-brand. Promotion & Lead Gen: Execute multi-channel promotion strategies to drive registrations and track post-event lead conversion to measure ROI. Reporting & Optimization: Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of future activations.   Required Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event marketing or event planning (B2B experience is a plus). * Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with extreme attention to detail. * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with C-level executives and external partners. * Problem-Solving: A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues calmly and effectively.
