We are currently expanding our marketing efforts and seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a key strategic role within the business, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s growth and brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and product positioning.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • A proactive mindset, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Industry knowledge or prior experience is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, premier)

    Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and analyse competitors
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Business campaigns, optimising for performance and ROI
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic
  • Plan and launch email marketing campaigns and customer retention flows
  • Use analytics tools to report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with external suppliers when required (graphic design, content production)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with service delivery
  • Lead the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation and segmentation
