Skyteck is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in warehouse racking systems, stainless steel kitchen products, LED vanity mirrors, and more. Operating both online and offline, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand presence and optimise marketing strategies across various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
· Experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce preferred
· Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business tools, and TikTok Ads platform
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Gumtree
· Strong data analysis and creative thinking skills
· Proficient in English, both written and spoken
· Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
· Basic design sense; experience with Canva or Photoshop is a plus
· Highly self-motivated and proactive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Manage and optimise website content layout and promotional campaigns.
· Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to improve ROI and conversions.
· Analyse customer data and user behaviour to generate marketing insights and strategy improvements.
· Manage marketing activities and e-commerce operations on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Gumtree.
· Assist in developing product pricing and promotional strategies.
· Support both online and offline sales activities through marketing execution.
· Write compelling ad copy paired with visual content to increase conversion rates.
· Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance overall customer experience.
· Conduct A/B testing, segment audiences, and optimise marketing campaigns.
