About the Role As Marketing Specialist – Slovakia, you will support the execution of local marketing activities to strengthen BYD brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support commercial performance across the Slovak market. You will contribute to campaign development, event execution, digital marketing initiatives, and dealer marketing support, ensuring consistent brand communication and high-quality customer touchpoints. This role requires a hands-on mindset, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing automotive environment. Key Objectives & Responsibilities Content Development & Localization Create and adapt marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates. Support translation and localization of marketing texts and product communication for the Slovak market. Event & Launch Coordination Support planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, dealer activations, and product launches. Coordinate logistics and operational readiness to ensure successful customer engagement activities. POS Material Management Manage stock and distribution of POS (Point of Sale) materials. Coordinate logistics and ensure timely availability of materials for campaigns and events, including direct delivery when required. Digital Marketing Support Support execution of online advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. Contribute to SEO initiatives and website performance monitoring to maximize reach and engagement. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations. Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with PR, Sales teams, dealer network, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution. Monitor BYD brand activities, dealer marketing initiatives, and competitor actions in the Slovak market. Budget & Operational Support Assist in marketing budget tracking and ensure cost efficiency of initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador and strong team player with a customer-first mindset. Key Results Execution Excellence Timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Effective coordination of events and marketing initiatives. Performance Monitoring Clear tracking of campaign metrics and activity performance. Continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness. Brand & Customer Impact Strong support of brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives. Consistent dealer marketing execution aligned with BYD standards. Required Qualifications & Competencies Education & Experience University degree in Marketing or commercial disciplines. 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role. Automotive industry experience is an advantage. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and content creation tools. Personal Competencies Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively with strong time management. Hands-on, resilient, and open-minded approach. Results-driven and comfortable working to deadlines.
