📍 Location: Barzago (Italy) At Sports Emotion, we are driven by sport, digital innovation, and a deep connection with our community. We are a leading sports retailer specialized in football, basketball and running, combining retail expertise with a strong tech-driven mindset. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the local marketing activities of Sports Emotion. This role contributes to strengthening brand positioning and executing digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, working closely with HQ internal teams and external partners. What will you do? 🎯 Brand management & relationships — Support the day-to-day management of relationships with our main partner brands across all verticals, ensuring alignment between brand guidelines, commercial objectives and local market needs. Retail marketing & activations — Plan and execute retail activations and in-store marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and sales, working closely with retail and operations teams. Club & sponsorship marketing (SPOMA) — Provide marketing support to maximize the value of our club partnerships, ensuring visibility, activation and performance of sponsorship assets and collaborations. Marketing budget — Assist in tracking and monitoring the marketing budget for the Italian market, supporting HQ teams on Paid Media, Social Media and CRM activities to help ensure efficiency and ROI. Partnerships & local activations — Contribute to the development of partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships and local activations that reinforce brand awareness and support revenue growth. What are we looking for? 🔍 Strong marketing generalist with hands-on execution capability and a proactive mindset. Experience working with brands, partners and sponsorships, ideally in sports, retail or lifestyle environments. Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with international HQ teams. Commercial mindset with a focus on impact and ROI. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields. At least 2–4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably focused on the Italian market. Good organizational and project management skills. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong results orientation. Native or fluent Italian; good command of English. Spanish is a plus. Nice to have: Knowledge of key digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
