GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Specialist supports StructureCare’s growth by executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across key industries such as healthcare, education, and hospitality. This role is responsible for developing and managing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting sales enablement efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. The Marketing Specialist works closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and alignment with business objectives.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven content creator, from social posts to email campaigns to print collateral.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to pivot based on team priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Naturally curious and always learning, testing, iterating, and improving.
  • Valid driver’s license required (occasional travel required).
  • Microsoft Office Suite software experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • SEO and digital strategy expertise.
  • Social media savvy, especially LinkedIn.
  • Email marketing experience (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Brand management and storytelling skills.
  • Website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Content creation abilities for both digital and print media
