Description The Marketing Specialist will drive the formalization, program development, and communication of referral partner introduction and education of The Orchards and Harvest Therapy marketing and admissions objectives through collaboration with the marketing, admissions, and business development efforts. The Marketing Specialist will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergy between the organization and its referral partners, admissions, and clinical operations teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teamwork with the following and all other duties and responsibilities assigned. Effective, strategic and tactical interaction with business and referral partners reflecting the organization’s core values, to broaden brand identity, awareness, and engagement of The Orchards as a continuing care partner for those needing post-acute and therapy services. Assist with development, execution, and evaluation of daily and monthly opportunities to engage or improve relationships between the organization and its stakeholders, customers, referral partners, and community. Collaboration with operational and business development teams to troubleshoot problems or issues between the organization and the stakeholder. Assist with development, maintenance, and evaluation of admission and discharge processes and customer service systems across the organization. Utilize Trella Insights and CRM to collect meaningful data on referral partner opportunities reaching required metrics in Bloom improving stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Identification and recommendations for development of effective tools and programs to improve customer, potential customer, and referral partner experience. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external organizational communication systems. Ensures communication with residents, residents’ families, referral partners, and Orchards’ staff to develop a spirit of cooperation and collaboration in addressing issues related to admissions and discharges. Establishes and maintains professional contacts in the community, schools, and referral sources and may act as a liaison to external stakeholders to assist in brand building, facility admissions, discharges, and employee recruiting. Other Responsibilities Assist in the development, coordination, execution, and evaluation of the Continuous Quality Improvement Plan in collaboration with the Quality Assurance committee. Serve on committees and attend meetings as required. Provide administrative support as required. Other duties as assigned Requirements Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing; and/or two years of marketing or sales experience
