Our client is an expanding food manufacturing company looking to add a Marketing Specialist to their team to play a lead role in e-commerce and social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance the brand presence and drive engagement.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years marketing experience in the CPG manufacturing sector required. Food or beverage is ideal.
• Strong communication and ability to work directly with client/ customer contacts and suppliers.
• Clean criminal record and driver’s abstract.
• A Degree or Diploma in Business with a concentration on Marketing.
• In office (no remote) Monday – Friday days approx. 9am-5pm.

• Support the website and social media platforms.
• Contribute to the development, design and enhancements of social media content.
• Develop and execute all marketing initiatives.
• Be a key member of client communication and on-site trade show engagement.
• Manage trade show schedules, materials, logistics and product merchandise.
• Assist with consumer-based promotions, programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance to brand standards.
• Manage inventories of Sales & Marketing merchandising materials.
• Manage social media metrics and advise monthly on the reflection of stats.
• Monitor trends and stay up to date on all platform updates, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with community events that promote brand awareness.
