JOB DESCRIPTION

As Marketing Specialist, you will be increasing brand strength as well as supporting sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and demand through multiple channels.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content and optimizing our digital marketing efforts, including Newsletters, website and LinkedIn. In addition, you will plan and manage trade shows and events to showcase solutions and strengthen market presence. Other areas within your scope:

  • Develop marketing activity plan based on Sales and Marketing strategy
  • Plan, execute and follow up marketing activities, both online and offline, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Plan and produce engaging content and events with precision and creativity
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional activities
  • Manage and fully utilize the capabilities available in CRM for customer communication
  • Analyse market, competitors and customers regularly
  • Collaborate with several stakeholders to ensure marketing drives company-wide success

YOUR TEAM

As part of our Sales and Marketing team, you will become the driving force in planning and executing a wide range of marketing activities to support our global sales efforts. Together with our Sales and Marketing Director, Partner Managers and Client Managers, you will contribute to us being the preferred training supplier to key partners, market leader in core markets and expanding to new markets. We love setting new needles in our world map for every time we step into a new country, Aruba was the latest one!

YOUR BACKGROUND

We are looking for an experienced and rounded marketeer who is able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. You have strong problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details. We also believe that you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, digital marketing or similar field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience and a proven track record in a similar wide scope international B2B marketing role
  • Excellent knowledge of the modern marketing stack - marketing automation, analytics, CRM. Experience of Microsoft CE is a merit
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience from aviation/ATM or corporate learning is of merit

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a creative as well as data-driven mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You also possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Entry Point North operates in a sector that is highly regulated and high quality is always in focus.
