REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
o A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or at least 5 years of experience to replace qualifications.
o A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Highly self-motivated.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Well organized & detail orientated.
o Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
o Basic knowledge and understanding of AI.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Trialia Foods Australia is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to spearhead brand growth across its premium gourmet and “free-from” product ranges. This role will collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to develop compelling, multi-channel campaigns. From digital activations and influencer partnerships to trade promotions and in-store visibility, the goal is to drive consumer engagement and category leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, creativity, and a strong understanding of health-conscious markets, ensuring Trialia’s values of quality, innovation, and wellbeing are powerfully communicated to Australian audiences.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Reporting directly to the Trialia MD & Trialia Sales Manager.
o Maintain professionalism within all aspects of your work & duties.
o Embrace a culture of marketing excellence, including established marketing processes.
o Coordination of design projects, directing the external graphic designer on updating & creating new packaging artwork and advertising content.
o New product development (NPD) working within the NPD team, specifically contributing to market research, packaging design and communicating with manufacturers.
o Updating online content including company websites and third-party seller sites such as eBay.
o Prepare sales material including sales sheets, flyers and brochures.
o Provide marketing support for sales team and customers including preparing presentations and providing digital and printed marketing collateral.
o Sponsorship and advertising, organize content required for brand/company sponsored events and advertising placements in magazines and other publications.
o Social Media marketing, opportunity to grow Trialia brands and social media presence on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
o Foster strong relationships with current clients and new prospects & deliver high levels of client care.
o Possess in-depth product knowledge on all products offered by Trialia.
o Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
o Maintain & manage Trialia social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
o Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
o Manage design needs such as presentations, signage & point of sale material.
o Conduct Trialia in-store product demonstrations – maintain a product demonstration calendar.
