Description

As Marketing Specialist and Coordinator you will be responsible for the marketing communications of Unilabs Netherlands and its external marketing channels. You will support B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer) and DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaigns and activities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. This includes localizing and implementing global marketing tools, promoting new medical products and services, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels. You will work closely with the global and local marketing teams to increase awareness of Unilabs’ services and network among our target groups, including physicians and health insurers.
In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will work to strengthen the Unilabs brand and ensure that the local promotional strategy and mix is effectively implemented across all channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out projects and activities according to the local marketing calendar
  • Localize, translate and promote global product and service packages for the Dutch market
  • Implement customer-centric experiences based on global guidelines
  • Collaborate with the global digital marketing team for lead generation and customer conversion
  • Measure and optimize customer experience
  • Execute media planning, including owned, paid and earned channels
  • Support and coordinate the creation, production, placement and delivery of brand and marketing materials, assets, collateral, merchandising and sales support tools
  • Update and maintain the Unilabs NL website and external channels
  • Support and/or lead event management
  • Create and distribute newsletters and other written communications
  • Continuously striving for improvement in customer-oriented communication and contact points
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and marketing standards
