Description Position Summary To increase the acquisition of memberships and member awareness concerning Credit Union products and services. Conducts market research; analyzes factors such as: pricing, distribution and product performance. Supports the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assists in the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials. Provides statistical reports and recommendations to management and assists with the development plans for marketing. Requirements Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the AVP to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that enhance member experience. This includes taking an active role from the initial concept to the operational rollout, coordinating campaign elements, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Develop and implement product and distribution of member announcements of product promotions, product updates, or new products and services through newsletters and special mailings. Actively manage the organization’s online reputation by monitoring and responding to comments and reviews across social media platforms, Google Reviews, and other sites. Ensure timely and professional engagement with the community to enhance brand perception and customer satisfaction. Craft compelling wording (copy) for various platforms, including email campaigns, blog posts, and digital content, maintaining the organization’s distinctive voice and high standards of communication. Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals for social media platforms, ensuring content captures the essence of our brand and effectively engages with our audience. Assists in advertising and sales promotions. Coordinates advertising programs and collateral materials. Knowledge and Skills: Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
