As Marketing Specialist US & International, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring the diverse portfolio of Jumbo Group’s brands to life across a range of markets. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment, bringing creativity, structure, and attention-to-detail to marketing execution. Your mission is to help build brand visibility, drive local relevance, and support commercial success by executing and coordinating marketing activities with excellence.

Player’s Handbook: Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (HBO/WO level).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (ideally in consumer products or retail).
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert learnings into actions and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies, using this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and incorporate innovative solutions into marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social media platforms, and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, e-mail marketing tools, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Comfortable working across cultures, markets, and time zones.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
