REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS or BA minimum
  • 4 + years in downstream channel marketing in the healthcare field or a related area
  • Familiar with the healthcare industry and regulations
  • Team leadership and management with or without direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Total available market experience of >$500MM USD
  • Product portfolio management of value >$50MM USD
  • Experience in business development and implementation of growth strategies and product launches
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with external thought leaders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary degree desirable (MBA, MSc, PhD.)
  • Ideally experience in Toxicology
  • Scientific and technical background preferred.
  • Medical device experience preferred.
  • Key opinion leader and customer testimony life cycle management
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools
