Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a permanent, full-time position based at VALD’s global headquarters in Newstead, Queensland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will serve as a central point of contact for VALD’s departments, providing support, updates on project progress and addressing their marketing needs effectively.

Working as part of our passionate marketing team, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate projects across creative, research, design, social and digital.
  • Manage initiatives to enhance VALD’s client experience, including hand-in-hand with VALD’s Learning & Development and Client Services Team
  • Manage regional partner content creators, monitor their performance, provide feedback and guidance and administer their formal engagements.
  • Maintain currency of the Marketing Team WIP.
  • Assist cross-functional project teams and stakeholder groups as required to ensure opportunities and initiatives are prioritized and effectively promoted.
  • Assist with coordination of events and conferences, including managing updating assets, printing, merchandising, content and logistics to meet critical deadlines.
  • You will be the critical point of contact for other VALD departments who seek marketing support, updates on the progress of marketing projects and discussing requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Service our teams across the globe, spanning multiple time zones.
