We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our brand and growth strategies across a national network of vibrant, culturally rich restaurant locations.

Position Type: Full-Time
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
l Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales across all stores.
l Manage social media accounts (WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) and content creation aligned with brand tone and target audience.
l Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities.
l Plan and execute seasonal promotions, new store launches, and loyalty campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
l Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and advertising agencies to deliver creative assets and marketing collateral.
l Analyse marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, foot traffic) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
l Assist in developing partnerships with influencers, food delivery platforms, local events, and community outreach initiatives.
l Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with brand guidelines and relevant advertising standards.
Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
l At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
l Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
l Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
l Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
l Knowledge of food and hospitality trends, especially within the Asian dining market, is a plus.
