Description

ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist for our client’s organisation across NSW,
WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.
Title: Marketing Specialist, Full- time position
Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super
Work Location: In person.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft compelling campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and audiences.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies are implemented.
  • Staying informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Creating and maintaining databases of customer information for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Crafting marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging and maintaining the company’s brand identity across platforms.
  • Developing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting potential customers.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to management that summarize campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers through personalized communication.
  • Addressing challenges that arise during campaigns and finding innovative solutions.
  • Adhering to legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
