POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and business growth by executing innovative marketing campaigns and effectively execute advertising on digital platforms such as: Google, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute your attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive mindset. Your core responsibilities will include campaign coordination, content creation, market analysis, and overall management of marketing initiatives. Research insights and come up with appropriate content distribution strategies for each customer.

SKILLS REQUIRED

A mid-level marketer with 5+ years’ experience.
A strong communicator with great attention to detail.
Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Adaptable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Campaigns & Execution:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and boost brand visibility.
2. Strategy & Market Analysis:Create data-driven strategies by analysing market trends, identifying target demographics, and assessing competitor activities to inform campaign direction.
3. Content Development & Implementation:Produce compelling content across digital platforms while ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
4. Sales Enablement:Support the sales team by creating marketing materials and strategies that help drive the lead generation and enhance customer retention.
5. Brand Management: Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent with the company’s identity across all marketing channels.
6. Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communications to guarantee alignment across all teams with respect to marketing objectives, strategic initiatives, and overarching business goals.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments to implement integrated marketing strategies.
8. Project Management: Oversee multiple marketing projects to meet deadlines and goals.
