Responsibilities
  • Revamp and implement an enhanced marketing spend budgeting process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Automate Provincial and Channel P&L processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Oversee spend and KPI record management (e.g., dollars, impressions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive insights to actions by analyzing data to support quality growth and maximize capital effectiveness.
  • Lead in-house marketing spend effectiveness projects (e.g., Post-Investment Reviews) to optimize outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a business partner, ensure collaboration with category, consumer experience, insights and foresights, commercial marketing and DBS teams to deliver data driven tracking and optimization of marketing spend.
