ABOUT THE ROLE:
This Strategist & Account Manager role is crucial to the next stage of our business, and we’re seeking someone with the expertise and enthusiasm to hit the ground running. You will support your colleagues in managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring we deliver the high standards we’re known for while supporting our clients and broader team. Reporting to Flowlane’s Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of client relationships as their trusted marketing strategist and champion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy: Create various strategy plans tailored to the client’s objectives and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, becoming their go-to marketing expert and partner.
Project Management: Oversee client needs, business objectives, and expectations to ensure on-brand, impactful campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with departments (Specialist Strategists, Creative, Content, Web, and Digital) to drive success on client projects and new business.
Client Meetings and Leadership: Lead client meetings while ensuring projects adhere to timelines.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to provide added value, demonstrating the agency’s impact on client businesses.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, analyse data, and provide insightful client reports that showcase effectiveness and suggest improvements.
