Description

We’re looking for a marketing strategist who lives and breathes performance-driven car ads . In this role, you’ll lead the messaging for our automotive campaigns — crafting ad angles, headlines, and scripts that drive test drives, trade-ins, and sales. Your words will shape how customers see, understand, and act on our car offers, across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, landing pages, and email (EDM) campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign strategy, digital copywriting, or campaign planning.
  • Experience writing ad copy for car sales or high-value consumer products (e.g. property, insurance, finance).
  • Proven ability to write compelling emails and ads that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of how to write for performance — especially on Meta, Google, YouTube, and email.
  • Strong portfolio of ad copy, campaign frameworks, or campaign strategies with measurable impact.
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, creative, and media buying teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive marketing or working with a car dealership group.
  • Familiarity with COE, EV rebates, or common car buyer concerns in Singapore is a plus.
  • Able to write scripts or suggest visual storytelling angles for short-form video ads.
  • Bonus: Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, persuasive messaging strategies for digital ad campaigns promoting our car models.
  • Own and write copy for EDM campaigns, including subject lines, preview text, and body content that drives action.
  • Create high-performing ad copy variations for A/B testing, focusing on test drives, preorders, and trade-in offers.
  • Translate key selling points (e.g. COE rebates, EV savings, exclusive vouchers) into scroll-stopping headlines and scripts.
  • Brief designers and video editors with clear messaging direction, hooks, and on-screen text suggestions.
  • Analyze ad performance data to iterate and improve messaging based on what converts.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all campaigns while tailoring for each platform.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and review advertising trends from both car dealerships and top non-automotive brands to inspire fresh angles and improve ad performance.
