QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or performance marketing (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding, lead funnels, digital ads, and campaign analytics.
  • Comfortable interpreting data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—must be client-facing.
  • Ability to think both creative and analytical (big-picture strategist with tactical execution awareness).
  • Experience working with multi-channel campaigns (social media, PPC, CTV, traditional media).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with StoryBrand or similar messaging frameworks.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other campaign platforms.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who can bridge the gap between creative execution and business outcomes. This person will design branding strategies, lead generation roadmaps, and provide marketing insights across campaigns. They’ll collaborate with account managers and the production team to ensure our clients don’t just get flashy ads—they get measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop branding and lead generation strategies that align with client business goals.
  • Conduct brand discovery sessions with new clients to define positioning, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance across digital, social, and traditional media to provide clear insights and optimization strategies.
  • Work with account managers and creatives to ensure campaigns tell the right story and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present strategy decks, marketing audits, and reports to clients.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
  • Assit in Creative Direction for social videos, social media posts, radio & tv commercials and all brand collateral
  • Act as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them on what to do next to grow their brand.
