Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you’ll execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social, while making data-driven decisions to keep everything on track. You’ll work independently but collaboratively, managing the nuts and bolts of day-to-day marketing and supporting business development initiatives.

$50,000 - $60,000Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content across social media, email, website, and print
  • Build and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, social)
  • Maintain and optimize website content (SEO best practices)
  • Deliver monthly newsletters and automate email campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Keep our legal directory and review profiles current
  • Design basic marketing materials and coordinate event marketing
  • Maintain our marketing calendar and deliver on schedule

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and execute efficiently. You should be comfortable with data, content, and digital tools and be able to run multiple initiatives without losing momentum.

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong digital marketing skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written communication and content creation ability
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign automation
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress (or similar CMS), and social media tools
