Job Description: The Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and improving marketing operations, analyzing marketing performance, implementing data-driven strategies, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This position will have an increased focus on digital channels including our website, digital events, search engine marketing, and social channels. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Support execution of the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals. Collaborate with Director/VP-level on the creation of comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets. Assist program strategy and management with some oversight. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Implement and maintain data analytics and marketing performance measurement systems covering sales-led and product-led growth. Identify key questions, challenges and hypotheses to prioritize, and create analytics plan. Conduct data-driven business analytics and growth analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy. Analyze CRM, web, digital, and product data to develop insights and recommendations. Reporting and Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance against targets. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for regular tracking and executive reporting. Identify areas for improvement and optimization. Growth Analytics and Strategy: Perform data analysis and research to identify opportunities to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention and inform growth strategies. Partner with marketing, sales, product, and UX teams to implement growth tactics effectively. Marketing Operations: Streamline and improve marketing processes, workflows, and automation tools. Communication: Develop and deliver high-quality executive communications (e.g., develop narratives, partner across cross-functional teams on content, manage delivery of messaging). Communicate and discuss insights with leadership to turn statistical findings into business actions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field 5+ years of professional experience 2+ years of experience in leading strategy, operations and analytics for a marketing organization 1+ years of experience working with senior leaders Exceptional problem-solving, first-principles thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Tools: Proficient in SQL - BigQuery Visualization tools - Tableau, Looker Studio Data ETL - Supermetrics, Fivetran The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
