We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Consultant to join our Global Marketing team. As a Consultant, Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will play a pivotal role in leading the project management of high-impact, strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts across the broader commercial organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6–7 years of marketing experience, including management of complex initiatives and working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing transformation or long-term strategic projects.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing strategy or operations preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset paired with tactical execution capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate periods of change.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting plans dynamically as needs evolve.
  • International work experience and working with remote teams across time zones is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
Responsibilities

· Develop a holistic project management strategy alongside the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning.
· Manage end-to-end execution of complex, multi-workstream marketing projects.
· Coordinate with marketing professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
· Create and manage project timelines, assigning ownership and accountability for deliverables.
· Lead recurring cross-functional status meetings and provide visibility into project progress.
· Deliver concise and relevant project updates to senior leadership, including the Marketing Leadership Team.
· Implement frameworks and operational processes that foster executional excellence.
