Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Support the execution of the hotel’s marketing and communication strategy in line with brand guidelines. Assist in coordinating with media agencies, influencers and external partners for ongoing campaigns and collaborations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with the marketing team. Support the planning and implementation of marketing communication activities in collaboration with Regional Marketing Communications. Coordinate with internal teams including F&B and Wellness to support marketing initiatives, promotions and events. Assist in managing campaign roll-outs and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. Create and schedule engaging content for hotel social media platforms in line with brand guidelines. Support photo shoots, content production and on-property activations. Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance metrics. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality. Good understanding of marketing operations and digital platforms. Experience in social media management and content creation. Strong coordination and communication skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and eager to learn. Team player with a positive and dynamic attitude. Understanding of digital trends and social media analytics tools is an advantage. Pre-opening or hospitality experience is a plus.
