As a Medicare-certified, VA-approved, Tricare-approved, and SDRC vendorized provider, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Support Coordinator to help expand our network of referral sources and support patient growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Support Coordinator provides essential inside sales and outreach support to Dependable Nursing’s business development efforts. This role focuses on making calls, nurturing relationships, and booking onsite visits for the field marketer and leadership team with SDRC, Self-Determination, Medicare, VA, and Tricare referral sources. Success in this role will be measured by outreach activity, booked appointments, and referrals that contribute to new patient admissions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, marketing support, intake, or referral coordination (home health preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially by phone
  • Comfortable with outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/EMR systems (Axxess or Paylocity experience a plus)
  • Professional, reliable, and motivated by results

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls and emails to case managers, social workers, hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, SDRC, Self-Determination, VA, Medicare, and Tricare partners
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide information about services
  • Book and schedule onsite meetings and presentations for the field marketer/owner with referral partners
  • Maintain strong follow-up communication with referral contacts to ensure smooth referral flow
  • Track calls, leads, and appointments in CRM/EMR systems
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, outreach lists, and community engagement efforts
  • Support business development leadership with research and coordination of new referral opportunities
