Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably within the multifamily or real estate industry.
Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple marketing initiatives.

Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, leasing trends, and resident demographics.
Skilled in CRM platforms, property management systems, and digital marketing tools.
