As Marketing Support Officer, you will work with the Director to deliver engaging marketing campaigns that promote both our care services and recruitment opportunities. Your work will help strengthen our brand locally, support community engagement, and attract both new customers and talented care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist our Director in the design and structure of our marketing strategy
• Maintain our website to ensure optimum market access: content creation; SEO work; Google ads campains
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular and creative content
• Execute local marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support the recruitment team with targeted campaigns to attract new care assistants
• PR activity: co-ordinate local events, community partnerships, and sponsorships
• Track performance of marketing efforts and report on campaign success
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications, aligned with Bluebird Care guidelines
• Liaise with national Bluebird Care marketing team, where appropriate
