Description Marketing Specialist Craig Industries, Inc. – Building Materials Manufacturer Craig Industries, Inc., a growing manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to support the expansion of business with new and existing customers in the heavy food equipment, refrigeration, communication, and industrial industries. This role supports marketing initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, digital marketing, trade show coordination, content creation, and brand development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working with technical products in a B2B manufacturing environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Develop thorough knowledge of company products, markets, competitors, and go-to-market strategies Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support sales efforts Analyze market data to assist with sales and marketing direction Evaluate competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning Assist with pricing analysis and marketing recommendations Coordinate trade show logistics, booth materials, travel arrangements, and promotional events Order and manage promotional materials (brochures, catalogs, apparel, signage, etc.) Administer company social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns Write and publish blog posts and maintain company websites and social media Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sales to maintain brand consistency Support additional marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales growth Requirements Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with market research and analytics Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), digital advertising Social Media management a plus Experience creating email marketing campaigns Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Suite a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand technical products and interpret technical data Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________ The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys collaborating with others.
