As a Marketing Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team with daily operations, campaign coordination, and data management. You will help to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities, support campaigns, assist with reporting, and contribute to delivering impactful projects strengthening our brands and connecting them to the consumers. In this role you will be responsible for: Agency Relations Management in terms of document flow; Internal & cross functional cooperation on process; Leading cross-functional discussions to identify and agree approaches to project implementation (in terms of law and accounting regulations) and necessary process and documentation; Technical support to Marketing function ensure full cycle docs flow process, creating PO, checking flowcharts, sending accrual information; Working with SAP. Agency contracts handling and updates (shared responsibility with Procurement) What extra ingredients you will bring: University Degree; 1-3 years of experience on similar role (or familiar with SAP and PO creation process); Experience in working with closing accounting documentation is a must; Knowledge of SAP budget management will be a plus; English upper-intermediate at least; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; Proactive, collaborative team player, agile, and solution-oriented approach.
