KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

· 4+ years’ relevant experience in a Marketing Executive role.
· A third level qualification.
· Ability to learn new tasks and work on own initiative.
· Highly experienced in using marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva.
· Experience in website administration is desired.
· High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an ability to multi-task without losing focus.
· Excellent communication skills particularly in relation to interfacing with current customers/vendors and other departments.
· Strong project, organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to balance working on your own and as part of a team in a friendly open plan environment. Hybrid working is also part of this role.
· Ability to build relationships to support team members, share resources and knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
· Have the highest levels of integrity in the successful completion of your work.

Responsibilities

ROLE PROFILE:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to run co-marketing campaigns for an IT Distribution company that is the leader in its field, on behalf of large bluechip IT manufacturers and partners.
The role will suit an individual who is naturally enthusiastic, flexible, friendly, confident and is able, as required, to work on their own initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work closely with the Head of Marketing across a wide range of activities:
o Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. This includes campaign management, budgeting, analytics and managing relationships with 3rd party agencies and partners.
o Gathering information from sales staff and vendors for use in a range of marketing materials.
o Track and analyse key marketing metrics and prepare and present at vendor Quarterly Business Reviews.
o Planning and coordination of events, including seminars, corporate hospitality, executive dinners, virtual events, webinars and internal promotions. Assist at industry and retail trade shows.
o Management of the Company social media activities, using media management tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot.
o Overseeing the maintenance of the company’s contacts database and designing and execution of promotional emails to customers using email management software
o Support the management of the Company website/s including banner management, image’s. Liaising with our internal sales teams to ensure their marketing strategy is being deployed correctly on the site. Liaising with our internal departments to ensure any issues are resolved quickly so that the website is always 100% operational and profitable. Design layouts for static pages on the Company website and update existing pages.
o Work with vendors, printers, and other third-party companies to produce high quality promotional merchandise.
o Internal Marketing to include event planning e.g. Christmas Party, Social events etc.
o Work with a range of different divisions: B2B, Enterprise, Mobile and Retail.
o Quickly gaining an understanding of the Company service and product offerings will be essential.
o Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.
o Set clear goals, provide guidance, and facilitate professional development of the team.
