Job Brief: We are looking for a Marketing Technology Administrator (with Development Skills) to support and enhance our marketing automation platform, primarily Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). This role is mainly technical and focuses on platform configuration, workflow development, data handling, and technical support, with an emphasis on hands‑on work and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Platform Operations & Configuration Support daily operations of Adobe Campaign Classic (or equivalent platform). Monitor workflows, deliveries, logs, alerts, and platform performance. Configure user roles and permissions as part of the user management process. Assist with system configuration updates, technical settings, and environment support. Development & Technical Tasks Build and modify workflows, targeting logic, segmentation steps, and data processes. Build and optimize technical features aligned with the team scope including channel development. Write or update SQL queries, JavaScript snippets, and XTK/XML logic under established guidelines. Support template configurations, schema adjustments, and reusable components. Participate in integration activities (API tests, SFTP processes, data checks). Documentation & Testing Document workflows, configuration changes, data flows, and operational procedures. Support QA and UAT cycles (workflow validation, functional testing, data validation). Assist in release preparation and technical deployment steps. Collaboration & Learning Work with senior technical staff and the Marketing Technology Leads to expand platform and coding skills. Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and IT teams to support campaign execution and automation enhancements. Engage in continuous learning around marketing technology platforms, data flows, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant domain. Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or another enterprise marketing automation platform (SFMC, Braze...). Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, validations), JavaScript or similar scripting, APIs (REST/SOAP) at a basic level, Workflow configuration and structured data. Platform development including feature enhancements. Ability to interpret data models, workflow logic, and campaign configuration. Clear documentation writing.
