Our client is looking for a Marketing Technologist, also known as a MarTech Executive, to join their growing team in County Cavan. This is a key position where you’ll use digital tools and data to support and improve the company’s marketing efforts. The role combines marketing knowledge with technical skills and offers the opportunity to influence both marketing strategy and the use of new technologies, including AI.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiar with email marketing tools like MailChimp.
• Experience with website editing (e.g. WordPress, SquareSpace).
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Able to use platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google MyBusiness, and SEMrush.
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) AI tools.
• Familiar with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
• Experience using or willingness to learn Teachable (online course platform).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (but not essential), or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and with teams across departments.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs.
• Must have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
