THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The Partner MarTech & Ops team, within Partner Marketing & Communications, is looking for a Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to support all Zalando partner-facing marketing and communications activities.
Reporting to the Lead Partner MarTech & Ops, you will collaborate closely with multiple business and engineering teams across the organisation to define and translate business needs into innovative technical solutions and processes.
The role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and operational marketing knowledge to manage and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem, drive operational efficiency, and enable data-driven strategies to enhance our marketing efforts and drive business impact.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack; evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and streamline workflows; create standardized processes and operational dashboards to automate campaign execution and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing platforms; build and maintain data governance frameworks to provide actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; act as a technical liaison between business and technology departments.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery through best practices. Lead adoption of marketing operations standards.
