We seek a Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to oversee and create marketing automation and integrations, develop data-driven dashboards, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. 📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv Responsibilities Own HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, automations, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and attribution Build and optimize full-funnel lead flows, ensuring smooth, accurate handoffs between Marketing, SDR, and Sales Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows to eliminate manual steps and increase GTM efficiency Manage, extend, and experiment with our marketing technology stack: integrations, APIs, tools, and configurations Develop dashboards and reporting that reveal pipeline performance, ROI, and revenue impact Maintain data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance across HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected systems Troubleshoot and resolve system issues before they impact pipeline delivery Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Sales leaders to ensure technology supports revenue growth and strategic GTM priorities Requirements 5+ years in marketing operations, revops, or GTM automation roles in a tech-driven environment Hands-on HubSpot expert with deep experience building complex workflows, managing data architecture, and maintaining list hygiene Proficiency in automation tools (specifically Zapier): Proven experience using Zapier (or Make) to connect disparate systems, build integration pipelines, and troubleshoot API connection errors AI-Driven Execution: Comfortable experimenting with and implementing AI tools to optimize day-to-day workflows and data processing Ability to translate business needs into technical logic and use technology to drive tangible business outcomes.
