OFFERING OVERVIEW: MARKETING & COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY ENABLING APPS This is a role focused on enabling marketing strategies through technology platforms. The consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MarTech offerings like Marketing & Digital Commerce with tools such as Adobe, Salesforce. POSITION REQUIREMENTS – Experienced Associate / Senior Associate Knowledge Preferred: We are looking for highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our Marketing & Commerce consulting team. This is a hands-on consulting role suited for individuals who possess both strategic thinking and platform acumen in the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape. Ideal candidates will have strong consulting experience, a deep understanding of any of the marketing platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.), and a passion for driving impactful digital transformation in marketing organizations. Partner with clients to assess their marketing goals and deliver solutions across marketing platforms. Design and implement MarTech solutions using platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing, or others. Configure platform components and define functional/technical requirements aligned with best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert across one or more of the four core MarTech pillars: Web Content Management Systems (WCM/CMS) Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP Analytics & Insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, data, and technology) to deliver end-to-end marketing capabilities. Contribute to proposals, platform assessments, roadmap development, and digital transformation strategies. Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives within the practice. Skills Preferred: Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive customer transformation consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following: Relevant experience in a consulting or client-facing role, ideally within a Marketing & Commerce context. Strong knowledge of Data platforms, marketing platform automation, segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategy. Acquisition, cleaning and structuring data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights that will guide customer strategy Conducting industry research and analyzing customer data to identify key segments and defining segmented pricing structure, pricing policies to enable optimal value capture for clients Experience with GenAI tools to assist in creating campaign briefs, email copy, social media posts, and dynamic ad variants at scale Interpreting data, analyzing results Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others. Strong communication skills (written and oral), Including client communication Knowledge of Python / SQL is a plus Hands-on experience and deep configuration knowledge in at least one major marketing platform such as: Salesforce (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) Adobe (AEM, CDP, Marketo, Target, Analytics, etc.) Familiarity with platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Business Analyst (BA) experience and certifications in configuring MarTech platforms would be a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to gather input, align pricing strategies with business objectives, and drive consensus in decision-making processes. Leveraging customer centric solutions knowledge and skills, especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client deliverables Educational Background: MBA in Marketing / Strategy/ Analytics from a premier B-School B.Tech/BE in Engineering, Technology, or a related field Additional Information ● Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
