Train and support team members and stakeholders in the effective use of MarTech systems and processes. Research and recommend new MarTech solutions to support innovation and scale across global events. SKILLS Extensive knowledge of marketing technology platforms and stacks (e.g., Intercom, GA4, Marketo, Smartlook). Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting integrations between marketing, event, and enterprise systems. Strong expertise in event technology platforms (Cvent, SpotMe, Klik, Zoom Events) and integration with marketing systems is a plus. Experience working with large datasets and query languages a plus. Familiarity with tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch). Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for marketing and analytics use cases. Understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and how they support data integration. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across technical, marketing, and operational teams. Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) a plus. Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design automation or process improvements. EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND 5+ years’ experience architecting and integrating marketing technology solutions, ideally in a global events or membership-based organization. Proven ability to serve as a solutions architect, bridging marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and translating technical complexity into business outcomes. EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
