Description
We’re looking for a MarTech Specialist to join our Media Team as the technical lead behind our tracking, data flow, and automation stack. You will ensure that pixels, APIs, events, and data pipelines run reliably to support high-volume eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns. Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot client-side and server-side tracking (S2S, cAPI) across Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, SKAN, and Firebase. Configure conversions, pixels, and event tracking across Shopify, GA4, and measurement partners (TripleWhale, NorthBeam, Recast). Manage data ingestion and harmonization using ETL tools (e.g., Funnel) and maintain pipelines in BigQuery. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to deliver clear insights to media buyers and leadership. Identify and implement workflow automations using Zapier, HubSpot, GA4, or custom API integrations. 2–4 years in MarTech, AdOps, or Marketing Analytics. Strong GTM, cAPI, pixel, and data layer expertise. Experience with ETL tools + SQL/BigQuery. Knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok paid media ecosystems. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Zapier, scripting (JS/Python), attribution models, or CRM/HubSpot workflows.
