Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This is a Temporary part-time role. The Marketing Temp will be overseeing all marketing communications, such as project profiles, internal newsletters, social media, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The Marketing Manager ensures consistency in messaging across all channels, manages the creation of materials for business development, and coordinates participation in industry trade shows and events. The role also includes optimizing marketing communications processes, adopting new channels, and tracking performance to drive growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that promote the company’s services, expertise in construction, and brand identity, with a focus on showcasing the company’s work with non-profit organizations.
  • Ensure consistent use of company branding across all marketing materials, including project profiles, proposals, and client communications.
  • Craft targeted messaging for advertising, digital media, and promotional campaigns to support the company’s reputation in the construction industry while highlighting its community involvement.
  • Create clear guidelines and processes for the use of the logo and other brand assets to maintain a strong, unified brand image across both internal and external communications.
  • Lead the creation of detailed project profiles and case studies, showcasing the company’s work across commercial, industrial, renewables, and service sectors.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to gather key project data, success stories, and high-quality images that highlight the company’s construction expertise and problem-solving abilities.
  • Use project profiles to support business development efforts, client proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of internal newsletters to keep employees informed about company achievements, industry news, upcoming projects, and employee spotlights.
  • Highlight employee contributions, company milestones, and successful projects to foster a collaborative company culture.

  • Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI, with an emphasis on client engagement and lead generation.
  • Oversee the company’s social media strategy, ensuring content promotes the company’s construction services, successful projects, and its community involvement.
  • Regularly update social media platforms with posts that highlight completed projects, client testimonials, and relevant industry news.
  • Track and analyze social media engagement to increase the company’s visibility among potential clients and expand its online presence.
  • Implement SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company’s website and enhance its online visibility.
  • Explore emerging digital marketing tools and platforms to improve engagement with targeted audiences.
  • Manage and coordinate company events such as milestone anniversaries, project completions, or other significant achievements.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, and event execution.
  • Develop key messaging and promotional materials that align with the company’s brand, emphasizing its growth, values, and expertise in the industry.
