Job Description As a member of the leadership : - Marketing & strategy & communication : team lead a global marketing and key account team, fostering collaboration and aligning cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational goals.Oversee the implementation of innovative marketing technologies and data-driven analytics to measure performance and inform decision-making.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive profitability, revenue growth, and brand awareness in international agricultural input markets. - Portfolio management :Lead the development of key product lines, ensuring global strategy and support (e.g. Cerevisane, MF55), align regional portfolio strategies to ensure coherence, profitability, and alignment with overall organizational objectives & identify portfolio gaps, size market opportunities, and coordinate new product launches with regional teams - Third Parties : develop and intensify relationships with key global accounts and future strategic partners, manage the Third Parties business to grow the custom fermentation offering, maintain active industry relationships, identify M&A opportunities, and position Agrauxine as a key supplier. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Agricultural environment Experience: Over 10-12 years of experience in strategic marketing or business functions in the crop inputs industry Successful track record of launching products, preferably in the agricultural biologicals market Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across functions International mindset and cultural awareness to adapt marketing approaches for diverse markets Creativity, innovation, and project management skills to develop impactful campaigns and initiatives The role also requires commercial acumen to align marketing with sales objectives, digital marketing expertise to leverage data-driven insights, and a budget management approach focused on ROI. Completely fluent in English and in French Knowledge in CRM (Sales Force) Understanding of sales & marketing process automation Additional Information The position is in Beaucouze, France.
