Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal customers as well as external guests via phone, email and Teams chat.
  • Coordinate timeshare appointments (new bookings, reschedules, cancellations) with the appropriate sales office to improve tour slot availability in all Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales offices.
  • Provide quick and courteous assistance to complete the tour booking process in a timely manner. Confirm and document transportation needs as required for tour presentations.
  • Accurately input tour information (required tour information, promotions, premiums, etc.) into approved systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse).
  • Upon the request of Sales management or Sales Gallery personnel, move tours between sales offices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be attentive to details while working in a multi-tasking environment that requires constant need for the use of accurate coding, extensive follow up, lead corrections and completion of tour feedback forms.
  • Ensure all internal customers adhere to the complex tour rules and special marketing programs in the APAC region.
  • Adhere to protocol standards as established by Hilton Hotels Corp, HGV Club and the department Manager.
  • Perform any reasonable request by management that supports the department’s mission and goals.
